Which facilities cannot be located in OIZ?

Facilities that are outside the scope of small industrial sites and that have a certain manufacturing program can be located in the OIZ. Enterprises that are deemed objectionable to be included in the OIZ although they are of this nature are specified in the regulation.

How to apply and allocate land?

Application; in the annex of a petition, the investment to be made; production flow chart and explanation report, as well as detailed information and documents on subjects such as type, production amount, amount of water and electricity to be used, type and amount of solid, liquid, gas and hazardous waste to be generated, employment to be created, size of land requested, indoor space requirement. It is made to the OIZ Directorate with a file.

How to invest?

When the investment is deemed appropriate, it is obligatory to take an 'EIA Positive Decision' or 'Environmental Impacts are Negligible Decision' for the facilities within the scope of the construction permit and EIA regulation, to start the construction within two years, to complete the facility and start production within three years from the date of the construction permit.

Land allocation and use

The land allocation is made at the notary public with the type "Land Allocation Contract in Installments with the Promise of Sale". The land allocation fee is determined temporarily over the estimated project cost and is increased each year according to the contracting scorecard coefficient. The sale price of the land is determined according to the actual cost calculated when the establishment of the region is completed, and the allocation fee paid is deducted and collected.
OIZ parcels cannot be used, rented or divided for purposes other than allocation. The lands cannot be transferred, assigned and sold before the debt is paid and the facility starts production
